What you can do

Key concepts

  • Latest by default – Every page and endpoint resolves to the most recent MedDRA release unless you explicitly select another version through a query parameter or the X-MedDRA-Version header.
  • Header-based API versioning – The platform evolves behind the X-API-Version header so clients can opt into breaking changes before we promote them to the default.
  • No authentication (for now) – All endpoints are public. Typical rate limits are exposed via response headers.
  • Traceable data sources – Each release is aligned with the official MedDRA distribution, including change logs and hierarchy context.
